KSSM Helping Our Community

We give back to our community by helping various charitable organizations and providing educational scholarships.

$85,000+ in Scholarships

KSSM has awarded over $85,000 in annual scholarships to local college bound students through our 501-c3 charitable foundation. Our scholarship foundation is supported by the KSSM Krewe and various fundraisers throughout the year. One senior from East Bay High School was awarded our annual scholarship in May 2025. That student is planning to continue their education at Nova Southeastern University and we couldn't be more proud!

 Over 9,000 Hours of Community Service

KSSM helps raise awareness and provides both monetary and volunteer support for various local charitable organizations and events including:

  • Ruskin Seafood Festival

  • Local ALF

  • Coastal Cleanup

  • School Supply Drives

  • Trick or Treat Street
